Bundesdruckerei GmbH has completed the acquisition of IT security specialist genua GmbH, based in Kirchheim near Munich. Effective Jan. 1, 2020, 100% of the shares are held by Bundesdruckerei GmbH. In 2015, Bundesdruckerei acquired 52% of the shares.
